• Question: whats the best part of your job and why

      Having a new problem to think about. It’s like having a really good game to play on your computer, except that the result could make a difference to people’s lives.

      The best part is the fact it changes so often, every few months i get to work on new projects with new people from around the world. One month i could be advising the EU government on their future fuel laws, then next i could be designing artificial legs for children in Africa. The variety is excellent.

      The variety & the pace of work, and the fact that we have a workshop beside us.
      You can learn so much by seeing your design being made in front of you over a couple of weeks – and you will be told fairly quick if there’s any mistakes in your designs! This is a fast way to learn & become a better designer – always ask questions when you are learning & always be open to advice or tips on your design.
