      Well, some materials are stronger than others and most materials can be made stronger if we want them to be.
      But that’s not usually the problem. When an engineer wants to make something they can usually find a strong enough material, the problem is to make it reliable, i.e. to be sure that it’s made properly with no defects or mistakes so that it’s always exactly the same strength. In factories where they make materials they have what’s called Quality Assurance methods to try to get the material to be always the same, bit it’s not easy.
