Sometimes it can get pretty busy: you might have to work in the evening or at the weekend to get a project finished. But that’s true of any really interesting job, not just engineering.

no, its like any other job, mostly monday-friday. lots of time for family and friends.

No not at all. I often work a bit later in the evenings but I have social stuff / hobbies on every evening after that so I can still do loads. And weekends are always free which is great.

Nope, its made mine even better. I go to conferences and events with other engineers, and made loads of me friends.
